The hotel is conveniently located on the canal, allowing for pleasant walks and easy access to attractions such as the Falkirk Wheel, Antonine Wall, and Kelpies. The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially with our special requests regarding our son's dietary needs. The rooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning provided much-needed relief from the scorching heat.
All was satisfactory, no noteworthy improvements needed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. We enjoyed leisurely walks along the nearby canal, which was peaceful and serene. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The hotel itself looked a bit tired and uninspiring upon arrival. The check-in experience could have been smoother, as I had to wait for a while due to a staff member being distracted.

Great location, close to attractions and easy to get to. the location of this hotel was ideal for exploring Falkirk and the surrounding area during our Christmas break. We enjoyed being close to the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel, as well as being able to easily travel to nearby landmarks and attractions.
Outdated and dirty facilities. the hotel was very outdated and in dire need of a renovation.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The value for money was unbeatable, with prices starting at just £64 for the night. The attention to detail was impressive, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, situated on the canal and close to local attractions. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The basic amenities were all there, including a room with a view and a TV almost as small as my iPad. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
All was great, no complaints!

Complimentary breakfast and clean rooms were nice gestures. Location was central and convenient for exploring the area. Also, enjoyed the fact that there was a restaurant nearby.
Uncomfortable bed and pillows made it difficult to sleep. The staff were hit or miss, some were nice, and others were rude.
